We designed and painted this mural for Sugarpine Drive-In, a restaurant serving lunch, dinner, snacks and ice cream in the Columbia River Gorge. The Mural is painted on a storage shed that faces the parking lot of the Drive-In. The restaurant is at the entrance to the Columbia River Gorge, so the owners wanted us to depict the gorge in a style that is reminiscent of vintage national parks posters. The owners of Sugarpine Drive-In came up with the “You are so gorge” quote at the top of the mural.
